We are very sorry that we had to postpone The Marple Athletic 2009 summer football tournament.
We haven't  fixed a new date and will be refunding everyone who registered. Many thanks for your understanding. We will be doing a 25th anniversary tournament in 2010.

Who we are ...We are Marple Athletic - an FA Charter Standard Club - We're a progressive and positive junior football club with over 200 registered players. Teams from Under 7 and Under 8 play in the East Manchester JFL and from Under 9 to Under 17 in the Stockport Metro League. We offer lots of social activities, football tournaments, seaside summer camp tournaments, presentation evenings, as well as playing the beautiful game.
Our football is about fun and enjoyment whilst learning the skills to win trophies at the end of the season.
We also offer opportunities for parents to gain F.A. Coaching Qualifications.

We're an FA Charter Standard Club As an FA Charter Standard Club we recognise that good behaviour from everyone in the club is essential at all times, that includes our troop of PAGs (Parents and Grandparents). We encourage our own kids, but applaud every member of the team, and the opposition. We're there to help the kids enjoy their football and have a bit of a laugh with each other too. We also encourage all parents to take the FA Soccer Parent course, which you can read about on our parents page, here.
